Part settee, part booth: a rounded, quilted base you sit on, with a backrest made of two leather cylinders held up on slim brass posts. Because the back is open below the bolsters, the settee looks light from every side and can float in the middle of a room or stand against a window.
Design details
- Rounded-rectangle seat with a thick cushion and a stepped, recessed plinth
- Base and plinth wrapped in vertical channel quilting
- Two stacked cylinder bolsters as the backrest, on brass-finish posts
- Colourways shown include moss green throughout, teal with cognac bolsters, dusty rose with a green bolster, mist blue with camel, and cream boucle with cognac bolsters
In the cafe shots the settees face each other across rectangular pedestal tables, making a two-to-four seat bay without fixed booth backs. Tone-on-tone versions suit calm rooms; contrast bolsters give a retro, sixties lounge accent.
Construction: hardwood and plywood frame, high-resilience foam, contract leather, vinyl or boucle-look fabric; steel posts with a brass finish. Foam can be specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
Options: length, base and bolster colours, post finish, one or two bolsters.
