The Jade Tub is the chair to put opposite a run of booths when you want the floor to look as considered as the walls. A low, rounded shell wraps the back and sides in smooth green upholstery, while the round seat and inside back are covered in a small-check woven fabric with a houndstooth look. Four tapered black legs splay slightly under the seat, a mid-century line that sits naturally beside chrome-edge tables and vinyl booths.
Construction
- Hardwood and plywood inner frame with commercial-density foam
- Outer shell upholstered in commercial vinyl or leather (green shown)
- Seat and inside back in woven upholstery fabric (check pattern shown); vinyl on request for easier wipe-down
- Tapered metal legs, black finish, with floor glides to suit your floor
The low wraparound back keeps the chair visually light, so it works at two-tops in a tight aisle and around four-tops in the middle of the room. Because the shell and the seat are upholstered separately, you can match the shell to your booth vinyl and run a contrasting seat fabric, or upholster both in one color.
Options: shell color, seat fabric or vinyl, leg finish. Foams and fabrics can be specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
